Sunday, May 15, 2011. Today we had a gathering of most of the participants in the 2011 Spring Yoga Cleanse. Heather, Jacquie, Helen, Chris, Wendy, Deb and myself. We are all starting at different times, so please indicate in your responses when you are starting, so that we can keep track of the process as a group. This Blog is for you to talk about your experience and also to ask questions etc. It is great to cleanse as a group so that you have the support of others going through the same thing.
